I created this blog for my wife, and found a tool that would allow here to add entries right from here desktop! That tool was BlogTK, http://blogtk.sourceforge.net/ ! Because I use Ubuntu it was easy to insall with a “apt-get install blogtk”. Once installed I only needed to configure it. I tried a couple of times to get it configred (it looked pretty straight forward) but it did not work. I was missing the ‘xmlrpc.php’ at the end of my blogs hURL!
So thanks to http://freemor.wordpress.com/2008/04/13/using-blogtk-with-wordpresscom/ who pointed out the last little bit I needed to get it working.
