    Using the Ubuntu-6.06 template.



    vzctl create 1002 --ostemplate ubuntu-6.06-i386-minimal

        templates are located in /vz/template/cache

        precreated templates http://openvz.org/download/template/cache/


    set ip address for the vz


    vzctl set 1002 --ipadd 204.169.120.9 --save
